罕见EGFR 19del与BRAF V600E原发共突变肺腺癌1例
Primary lung adenocarcinoma with concurrent rare EGFR exon 19 deletion and BRAF V600E mutation: a case report
【摘要】 <正>患者男，65岁，因“咳嗽咳痰1月余，发现胸壁肿物1周”，于2023年4月就诊于青岛大学附属医院。既往有高血压病史10余年，规律服药控制；吸烟史20余年，每日约20支，已戒烟1年。无肿瘤家族遗传病史。体格检查：右侧胸壁可触及1枚肿物，大小约2 cm×2 cm，质硬，边界欠清，活动度差；右侧腋窝可触及1枚肿大淋巴结，直径约2.5 cm，质硬，活动度尚可。双肺呼吸音清，未闻及干湿啰音。
