【摘要】 总结苏继承教授治疗滑膜炎的临床经验，苏继承教授认为滑膜炎常与脾虚、肾虚、风寒湿热之邪、湿浊和血瘀有着密切关系，滑膜炎多由于机体内在脾虚、肾虚，复感于风寒湿等外在邪气，致使邪气乘虚而入，闭阻经络、阻滞气血，从而形成正虚、湿聚、瘀阻的病机特点。苏继承教授强调湿浊内生是滑膜炎的病理基础，应将“清热利湿”的治法贯穿疾病治疗的始终，并将滑膜炎分为二期四证，遣方中以四妙散为用药之根本，注重疾病的辨证论治，急性期“清热利湿，活血化瘀”,缓解期重以“补养脾胃，滋补肾阴”,凸显了中医“急则治其标，缓则治其本”的治疗思路。更多还原
