国产大载荷隔振器在远洋客船上的减振适用性研究

【摘要】 为了提高全船减振降噪装置的国产化率,对国产大载荷隔振器在远洋客船上的适用性进行了研究。以国内某大型远洋客船为对象,分析了其主尺度和主柴油机的参数,及其母型船上尾部主柴油机隔振器的隔振效果;完成可替换国产大载荷隔振器的选型、隔振性能试验模型的设计,进行大载荷隔振器振动特性、基座结构输入机械阻抗及隔振器隔振效果试验,并开展同系列隔振器应用于柴油机的隔振试验。研究结果表明:国产DZH-6500隔振器具有与国外隔振器同等的动刚度和较低的固有频率,隔振效果良好,能够用于远洋客船尾部柴油机隔振设计。研究结果可为远洋客船大型动力设备的隔振设计提供技术支撑。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the domestic production rate of vibration and noise reduction devices for the entire ship, this paper studies the applicability of domestically produced high load vibration isolators on ULCS.Taking a large domestic ULCS as the object, the main dimensions, parameters of the main diesel engine, and the vibration isolator and vibration isolation effect of the stern main diesel engines on the mother ship were analyzed; the selection of replaceable domestic high load isolators and the design of the isolation performance test model were finished; the vibration characteristics of high load isolators, the mechanical input impedance of the base structure, and the isolation effect of isolators were grasped by tests; the actual testing of diesel engine vibration isolation was carried out with the same series of isolators. The research results indicate that the domestically produced DZH-6500 isolators have the same dynamic stiffness and lower natural frequency as foreign isolators; The DZH-6500 isolators have good isolation effects and can be used for the vibration design of the stern main diesel engines. The research results can provide technical support for the isolation design of large power equipment for ULCS.
