丁香酚诱导烟草抗青枯病的效果及促生作用

【摘要】 为筛选烟草青枯病的有效防治方法,通过盆栽试验测定了丁香酚对青枯病的防控效果,并检测了烟草生理生化指标、防御相关物质和酶活性的变化。结果显示,1μL/mL丁香酚预处理烟苗3 d后接种青枯菌,接种15 d后对青枯病的防效为53.46%。1μL/mL丁香酚处理烟株的叶长、叶宽、株高和茎围分别增加48.80%、35.06%、22.44%和8.98%;叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量分别提高48.06%、47.17%和77.87%;根系活力、NR、POD、SOD、PPO和PAL的酶活性分别提高49.25%、65.42%、123.44%、46.89%、104.20%和46.89%;MDA和H2O2含量分别降低30.43%和55.58%。1μL/mL丁香酚可以促进烟株生长,有效诱导烟草对青枯病的抗性,为开发防治青枯病的新型生物农药提供新的来源。

【Abstract】 To screen effective prevention and control methods for tobacco wilt disease, a pot experiment was conducted to determine the prevention and control effect of eugenol on wilt disease, and the changes in tobacco physiological and biochemical indices,defense related substances, and enzyme activity were detected. The results showed that pre-treatment of 1 μL/mL eugenol for 3 days and inoculation with Ralstonia solani obtained control effect of 53.46% against Ralstonia solani after 15 days of inoculation. The treatment of 1 μ L/mL eugenol improved growth of tobacco, with the leaf length, leaf width, plant height, and stem circumference increased by 48.80%, 35.06%, 22.44%, and 8.98%, respectively, meanwhile the content of chlorophyll a, b, and carotenoids increased by 48.06%, 47.17%, and 77.87%, respectively, the root vitality, NR, POD, SOD, PPO, and PAL enzyme activities increased by49.25%, 65.42%, 123.44%, 46.89%, 104.20%, and 46.89%, respectively, while the contents of MDA and H2O2 decreased by 30.43%and 55.58%, respectively. It is concluded that 1 μL/mL eugenol can improve tobacco plant growth, and effectively induce tobacco resistance to bacterial wilt, which provides a new source for novel biological pesticides to prevent and control bacterial wilt.
