【摘要】 目的：探究手术科室、非手术科室和平台科室耗材管理水平差异，分析医院科室层面耗材管理中存在的具体问题及难点，完善和制定针对性的提升方案，助力公立医院高质量发展。方法：对某公立三甲医院2023年128个科室SPD耗材申领、库存、消耗、退货、计费以及效期管理等数据进行描述性分析和方差分析，结合14位相关管理者的半结构化访谈，从申领管理、仓储管理和消耗管理分析3类科室耗材管理水平差异及存在问题。结果：3类科室耗材信息化管理水平在临采次数、平均临采数量、库存盘点间隔、高值耗材库存可供应天数、临期高值耗材库存、退货次数、退货数量、溢/亏库率的差异有统计学意义。结论：建议实施差异化库存、加大手术与平台科室的信息技术支持、完善平台科室二级库建设并明确医护人员耗材管理职责等措施，对科室耗材管理各环节实施精准调整与优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the differences in consumables management levels among surgical departments,non-surgical departments,and platform departments,analyze specific problems and difficulties in consumables management at the departmental level,and improve and formulate targeted enhancement strategies to support the high-quality development of public hospitals.Methods:Descriptive analysis and variance analysis were conducted on SPD consumables data—including requisition,inventory,consumption,returns,billing,and shelf-life management—of 128 departments in a Grade III Level A Hospital in 2023.In addition,semi-structured interviews with 14 relevant managers were combined to analyze the differences and problems in consumables management levels across the three types of departments from the perspectives of requisition management,warehousing management,and consumption management.Results:Statistically significant differences were found in the informatization level of consumables management across the three types of departments in terms of the number of temporary requisitions,average quantity of temporary requisitions,inventory checking intervals,days of supply for high-value consumables,near-expiry high-value consumables in stock,number of returns,quantity of returns,and inventory gain/loss rate.Conclusion:It is recommended to implement differentiated inventory strategies,strengthen information technology support for surgical and platform departments,improve the construction of secondary warehouses in platform departments,and clarify the responsibilities of medical staff in consumables management,so as to realize precise adjustments and optimization in all aspects of departmental consumables management.更多还原
