【摘要】 目的：聚焦国家高质量发展战略背景下，研究基于多源信息融合的手术室腔镜设备管理机制，破解公立医院手术室共享腔镜设备运营效率和成本分摊难题。方法：整合物理空间数据与业务流程数据，构建成本分摊方式、购置决策、故障追溯等多维综合管理机制，以支持智能决策。结果：管理模式应用后，在管理跃升、优化配置、提质增效、降本控耗4个方面取得显著成效；临床满意度达92.3%。结论：通过基于多源信息融合的手术室共享腔镜管理方法研究，实现了对共享腔镜的全生命周期数字化管理，有效提升了设备管理效率与临床服务质量。该管理模式可推广至手术室其他共享医疗设备及跨科室共享场景，为公立医院医疗设备精细化管理提供创新范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In the context of the national high-quality development strategy,this study explores a management mechanism for operating room endoscopic equipment based on multi-source information integration,aiming to address the challenges of operational efficiency and cost allocation for shared endoscopic devices in public hospitals.Methods:Physical space data and workflow data were integrated to construct a multidimensional comprehensive management mechanism encompassing cost allocation,procurement decision-making,and fault tracing,thereby supporting intelligent decision-making.Results:After implementing the management model,significant improvements were achieved in four aspects—management upgrading,resource optimization,quality and efficiency enhancement,and cost reduction—with clinical satisfaction reaching 92.3%.Conclusion:The management approach for shared endoscopic equipment in operating rooms based on multi-source information integration realized the full life-cycle digital management of shared endoscopes,effectively improving equipment management efficiency and clinical service quality.This management model can be extended to other shared medical equipment and cross-departmental sharing scenarios in operating rooms,providing an innovative paradigm for refined medical equipment management in public hospitals.更多还原
