【Abstract】 To further leverage the leadership role of the Party organization in public hospital reform and development—namely “setting the direction,managing the overall situation,making decisions,promoting reform,and ensuring implementation”—and to implement the “people-centered” development concept,this study focuses on integrating Party building with business development to advance high-quality medical services through high-quality Party building.The Party Committee of a public hospital in Beijing adheres to using the Party’s innovative theories as the primary political task,focuses on ideological guidance,strengthens integration and empowerment,prioritizes capacity improvement,and emphasizes performance assessment and effectiveness.Centered on high-quality business development,it implements discipline construction and scientific research,teaching,talent training,and evaluation mechanisms in medical centers and compact urban medical clusters,guiding the hospital to develop in the right direction.更多还原
