沙咪珠利对兔人工感染肠艾美耳球虫的防治效果评价

【摘要】 为评价沙咪珠利对兔人工感染肠艾美耳球虫的防治效果,选取32只42日龄未感染球虫的新西兰兔,随机分为5 mg/kg沙咪珠利预防组、10 mg/kg沙咪珠利预防组、攻虫感染对照组及空白对照组,于攻虫感染(孢子化卵囊5×10~4/只)前2 d开始给药,连续给药7 d;另选取33只45日龄新西兰兔,分为5 mg/kg沙咪珠利治疗组、10 mg/kg沙咪珠利治疗组、攻虫感染对照组及空白对照组,治疗组于攻虫感染后2~4 d给药。通过存活率、相对增重率、料肉比及卵囊减少率等指标评价其防治效果。预防试验中,5、10mg/kg预防组的存活率分别为100%和88%,相对增重率分别为94.00%和85.00%,料肉比分别为2.94∶1和3.87∶1,卵囊减少率分别为90.30%和80.90%;治疗试验中,5、10 mg/kg治疗组的存活率均为87.50%,相对增重率分别为89.83%和71.98%,料肉比分别为3.10∶1和3.46∶1,卵囊减少率分别为93.36%和82.30%。沙咪珠利(5 mg/kg)对兔人工感染肠艾美耳球虫有很好的防治效果,可作为临床防控该病的有效药物。

【Abstract】 This study aimed to evaluate the preventive and therapeutic efficacy of Ethanamizuril against artificial Eimeria intestinalis infection in rabbits, Thirty-two 42-day-old New Zealand rabbits free of coccidian infection were randomly allocated into Ethanamizuril preventive groups(5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg), infection control, and blank control. Medication was initiated 2 days before challenge infection(5×10~4 sporulated oocysts/rabbit) and continued for 7 days. Additionally, thirty-three 45-day-old rabbits were divided into ethanamizuril therapeutic groups(5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg), infection control, and blank control, with treatment administered on days 2—4 post-infection. Efficacy were assessed based on survival rate, relative weight gain, feed conversion ratio(FCR), and oocyst reduction rate. In the preventive trial, 5 and 10 mg/kg groups achieved 100% and 88% survival, with relative weight gains of 94.00% and 85.00%, FCRs of 8 2.94∶1 and 3.87∶1, and oocyst reduction rates of 90.30% and 80.90%, respectively. In the therapeutic trial, survival rates were 87.50% for both doses, relative weight gain 89.83%(5 mg/kg) and 71.98%(10 mg/kg), FCRs were 3.10∶1 and 3.46∶1, and oocyst reduction rates reached 93.36% and 82.30%, respectively. Ethanamizuril(5 mg/kg) demonstrated significant preventive and therapeutic efficacy against artificial E. intestinalis infection in rabbits, supporting its potential as an effective clinical anticoccidial agent.
