金霉素和磺胺类药物配伍对家兔球虫防治研究
Study on the Combination of Chlortetracycline and Sulfonamides in the Prevention and Treatment of Coccidiosis in Rabbits
【摘要】 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加金霉素和磺胺类药物配伍对家兔球虫病的防治效果。选取18只35日龄幼兔随机分为感染组、治疗1组(2 g/kg SPZ)、治疗2组(500 mg/kg CTC+2 g/kg SPZ)。各试验组家兔灌胃1.0×10~4个孢子化卵囊感染,感染第7天,感染组饲喂基础饲粮。治疗1组在基础饲粮中添加2 g/kg磺胺氯吡嗪钠,治疗2组在基础饲粮中添加500 mg/kg盐酸金霉素和2 g/kg磺胺氯吡嗪钠,连用7 d。试验期间,检测给药后0~7 d各组兔的球虫卵囊排出量,计算OPG值。在试验结束后,立即采集小肠样本待测。通过HE染色和PAS染色观察小肠组织的病理损伤变化和杯状细胞数量。结果显示,治疗1组和治疗2组OPG值均显著低于感染组(P<0.05),治疗2组较治疗1组下降明显。HE染色和PAS染色结果显示,与感染组相比,治疗1组和治疗2组小肠组织结构完整,杯状细胞排列整齐;治疗1组和治疗2组的小肠绒毛高度显著升高、隐窝深度显著降低、绒隐比显著升高(P<0.05),与治疗1组相比,治疗2组效果较显著(P<0.05),治疗2组回肠的杯状细胞数量显著增加(P<0.05)。综上所述,金霉素和磺胺氯吡嗪钠配伍使用比磺胺氯吡嗪钠单独使用对兔球虫病的治疗效果更佳。
【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to study the control effect of dietary chlortetracycline and sulfonamides on coccidiosis in rabbits. Eighteen 35-day-old young rabbits were randomly divided into infection group, treatment group 1(2 g/kg SPZ) and treatment group 2(500 mg/kg CTC+2 g/kg SPZ). Rabbits in each experimental group were infected by intragastric administration of 1.0×10~4 sporosporated oocysts. On the 7th day of infection, rabbits in the infected group were fed a basal diet. Treatment group 1 was supplemented with 2 g/kg sulfamethloropyrazine sodium in the basal diet, and treatment group 2 was supplemented with 500 mg/kg chlortetracycline and 2 g/kg sulfamethloropyrazine sodium in the basal diet for 7 days. During the experiment, the output of coccidium oocysts in each group was measured from 0 to 7 d after administration, and the OPG value was calculated. Small intestine samples were collected immediately after the test. HE staining and PAS staining were used to observe the pathological changes and goblet cell number in small intestine. The results showed that the OPG value of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was significantly lower than that of infection group(P<0.05), and the OPG value of treatment group 2 was significantly lower than that of treatment group 1. The results of HE staining and PAS staining showed that compared with the infection group, the small intestinal structure was complete and goblet cells were arranged neatly in the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2. The villi height, crypt depth and pillow-crypt ratio of small intestine in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the effect of treatment group 2 was more significant than that of treatment group 1(P<0.05). The number of goblet cells in the ileum increased significantly in the treatment group 2 compared with the treatment group 1(P<0.05). In conclusion, the combined use of chlortetracycline and sulfamethyrazine sodium is more effective than that of sulfamethyrazine sodium alone in the treatment of rabbit coccidiosis.
