茫荡山自然保护区六种特色中蜂蜜的抑菌活性研究

【摘要】 以福建南平茫荡山国家级自然保护区的栲蜜、山乌桕蜜、华南桂蜜、食茱萸蜜、树参蜜和盐肤木蜜共六种特色中蜂蜜为研究对象,以微量肉汤法测定了六种蜜对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、摩氏摩根菌、粘质沙雷氏菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:糖或蜜浓度高于40%时,对四株细菌均有很强的抑制作用。华南桂蜜、树参蜜对摩氏摩根菌,食茱萸蜜对金黄葡萄球菌的MIC为15%。30%栲蜜、华南桂蜜、树参蜜对大肠杆菌、摩氏摩根菌、粘质沙雷氏菌均有杀菌作用(MBC≥30%,CFU=0),华南桂蜜和树参蜜对金黄葡萄球菌也有杀菌作用(MBC≥30%,CFU=1);盐肤木蜜对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、摩氏摩根菌的MBC≥30%(CFU≤4)。浓度20%~40%时,六种蜂蜜的相对抑制率均优于糖;当蜜浓度高于25%,对四种细菌的生物膜形成有很强的抑制作用。本结果为中蜂特色蜜的开发与利用提供了有益参考。

【Abstract】 Six kinds of honey produced by Apis cerana cerana from Mangdang Mountain National Nature Reserve in Nanping,Fujian Province:Castanopsis fargesii honey(CF),Sapium discolor honey(SD),Cinnamomum austrosinense honey(CA),Zanthoxylum ailanthoides honey(ZA),Dendropanax dentiger honey(DD),Rhus chinensis honey(RC),were selected as research objects.Their antibacterial activities were determined against four strain bacteria:Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Morganella morganii,and Serratia marcescens by the microdilution broth method.The results show that,when concentrations >40%,both sugar and honey solutions strongly inhibited all four bacterial strains.The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of both CA honey and DD honey against M.morganii was 15%,and the MIC of ZA honey against S.aureus was the same (15%).Thirty percent of CA honey,DD honey,and CA honey all showed bactericidal effects on E.coli,M.morganii,and S.marcescens (MBC≤30%,CFU=0),The MBCs for DD honey and CA honey against S.aureus were bigger than 30%(CFU=1).The MBCs of RC honey against E.coli,S.aureus and M.morganii were bigger than 30%(CFU≤4).Between 20%~40%,six types of honey outperformed the sugar solution in antibacterial efficacy.When the honey concentration was higher than 25%,it had a strong inhibitory effect on the biofilm formation of the four bacteria.This result provides a useful reference for the development and utilization of special honey of Apis cerana cerana.
