熊蜂肠道微生物研究进展
Advances in bumblebee gut microbiome
【摘要】 熊蜂(Bombus spp.)是设施种植果蔬理想的传粉昆虫之一,并已实现商业化周年生产。同时,熊蜂对维持自然及农业生态系统的平衡也发挥着重要作用。熊蜂肠道内定植着丰富的微生物群落,其组成与蜂群健康密切相关,是维持宿主生理功能和生态适应性的重要组成部分。本文综述了熊蜂肠道微生物群的特征、传播方式、抗病原体能力、农药对其肠道微生物群的影响,以及作为肠道微生物群研究模型的前景,以期为以期为深入研究熊蜂肠道微生物群的功能基础及其开发利用提供参考。
【Abstract】 Bumblebees are ideal pollinators for greenhouse-grown fruits and vegetables and have been commercialized for year-round production. They play a crucial role in maintaining the balance of both natural and agricultural ecosystems. The bumblebee gut harbors a diverse community of microorganisms that are essential for colony health and host physiology, and are critical for ecological adaptability. This review consolidates the key features of bumblebee gut microbiota, including their modes of transmission, antimicrobial capacities, the effects of pesticides on gut microbiota, and their potential as a model for gut microbiota research. The aim is to provide insights for the study and practical application of bumblebee gut microbiota.
