【摘要】 目的了解北京市朝阳区预防接种单位设置现状，为合理设置接种单位资源配置提供依据。方法 2024年3月对北京市朝阳区预防接种单位开展线上问卷调查，分析基本设置、工作人员配置、疫苗服务情况和信息化建设等情况。结果 2023年北京市朝阳区除产科及狂犬疫苗门诊外共有73个免疫规划预防接种服务单位。街道AA级及以上、A级预防接种单位平均服务14、10个社区的居民；地区AAA、AA、A预防接种单位平均服务18、15、4个社区的居民。街道的AA级及以上、A级预防接种单位服务平均半径分别为（3.26±3.24） km、（3.45±1.64） km，地区的AAA、 AA、 A预防接种单位平均服务半径为（3.93±2.87） km、（5.62±2.88） km、（5.03±3.11） km。北京市朝阳区预防接种相关房屋总面积为18 348.05 m2，平均254.83 (130.00,266.25) m~2。接种台累计241个，平均3个。朝阳区共有预防接种工作人员1 247人，与服务总人口比例为3.61/万，女性占比为94.87%。有57家（78.08%）接种单位启用了线上预约平台；在常规预防接种单位中有37家（72.55%）使用了电子叫号系统。结论 北京市朝阳区预防接种单位能够满足辖区内预防接种服务需求，但在智能化建设、信息化建设、成人接种服务时长等方面，需进一步优化，逐步提升预防接种门诊数智化程度和服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of vaccination clinics in Chaoyang District,Beijing,and provide a basis for further rational setting of vaccination services.Methods In March of 2024,an online questionnaire survey was conducted on the basic settings,staffing configurations,vaccine services provision,and informatization technology development in Chaoyang District,Beijing.Results In 2023,there were a total of73 immunization service units in Chaoyang District,excluding obstetrics and rabies vaccine clinics.The average number of communities served by AA-level and above and A-level vaccination units in the streets is 14,and 10 respectively;while in the regions,the average number of communities served by AA-level and above and A-level vaccination units is 18,15,and 4 respectively.The average service radius of AAA,AA,and A-level vaccination units in the streets is (3.26±3.24) km,and (3.45±1.64) km respectively;while in the regions,the average service radius of AAA,AA,and A-level vaccination units is (3.93±2.87) km,(5.62±2.88) km,and (5.03±3.11) km respectively.The total area of facilities related to immunization in Chaoyang District of Beijing was 18348.05 m~2,with an average of 254.83 (130.00,266.25) m2.There were 241 vaccination stations,with an average of 3.56 per clinic.There are a total of 1 247 vaccination workers in Chaoyang District,with a ratio of 3.61per 10 000 of the total population served.The proportion of female workers is 94.87%.Fifty-seven (78.08%) vaccination clinics utilized online appointment platforms,and 37 (72.55%) of the routine immunization units implemented electronic calling systems.Conclusions The vaccination clinics in Chaoyang District,Beijing,are capable of meeting the local demand for vaccination services.However,further optimization is needed in areas such as smart technology integration,information technology development,and service duration for adult vaccination to enhance the digitalization and service quality of vaccination clinics.更多还原
