【摘要】 目的 了解湖北省≥60岁人群流行性感冒（流感）疫苗和23价肺炎球菌疫苗联合接种率，分析疑似预防接种异常反应（adverse event following immunization, AEFI）监测情况。方法 通过国家免疫规划信息管理系统和AEFI监测系统收集2021—2023年湖北省≥60岁人群流感疫苗和肺炎疫苗联合接种个案和AEFI个案，进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2021—2023年≥60岁人群联合接种流感疫苗和肺炎球菌疫苗的接种率为152.26/10万；共报告联合接种AEFI 7例，总报告发生率19.47/10万，均为一般反应；联合接种组AEFI报告发生率（19.47/10万）高于单独流感疫苗组（4.61/10万），差异有统计学意义（χ~2=10.136,P<0.05），与单独接种肺炎球菌疫苗组（19.77/10万）比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 湖北省≥60岁老年人联合接种流感疫苗和肺炎球菌疫苗的接种率偏低，联合接种具有良好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the concurrent vaccination rate of influenza and 23-valent pneumococcal vaccines among individuals aged 60 and above in Hubei Province during 2021—2023 and to analyze the monitoring of adverse events following immunization(AEFI) related to suspected preventive vaccination anomalies. Methods Individual cases of concurrent vaccination with influenza and pneumococcal vaccines, as well as AEFI cases, were collected from the National Immunization Program Information Management System and the AEFI Monitoring System for the years 2021 to 2023 among individuals aged 60 and above. A descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted. Results The concurrent vaccination rate of influenza and pneumococcal vaccines among individuals aged 60 and above during the 2021—2023 influenza season was 152. 26 per 100 000.A total of 7 AEFI cases were reported, with an overall reporting rate of 19. 47 per 100 000, all of which were general reactions. The reporting rate of AEFI in the concurrent vaccination group(19. 47 per 100 000) was higher than that in the influenza vaccine-only group(4. 61 per 100 000), with a statistically significant difference(χ~2=10. 136, P<0. 05). Compared with the pneumococcal vaccine-only group(19. 77 per 100 000), there was no statistically significant difference(P>0. 05). Conclusions The concurrent vaccination rate of influenza and pneumococcal vaccines among individuals aged 60 and above in Hubei Province is relatively low, and concurrent vaccination demonstrates good safety.更多还原
