【摘要】 目的 分析斜视矫正术后眼表损伤恢复情况和泪液炎性细胞因子水平。方法 纳入16岁以上外斜视患者,术前、术后1天、1周和1月随访。分别进行眼表OSDI评分、TBUT、CFS染色评分和泪液中炎性细胞因子水平分析。结果 术前患者均无干眼表现,术后1天TBUT时间变短,术后1月恢复至术前水平。术后1天CFS评分升高,但与术前差异无统计学意义(P=0.368)。术后1天泪液炎性因子水平升高,其中IL-6、TNF-α和Leptin差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),IL-1β差异无统计学意义(P=0.52),术后1月恢复至术前水平。结论 斜视矫正术后短期泪膜稳定性变差,泪液炎性细胞因子水平升高,术后1月恢复至术前水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the recovery of ocular surface damage and the levels of inflammatory cytokines in tears after strabismus surgery.Methods Patients over 16 years old with exotropia were included.Preoperative and postoperative follow-ups were conducted at 1 day,1 week,and 1 month.Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI) score,tear break-up time(TBUT),corneal fluorescein staining(CFS) score,and levels of inflammatory cytokines in tears were analyzed.Results None of the patients had dry eye symptoms before surgery.TBUT was shortened at 1 day postoperatively and returned to the preoperative level at 1 month.CFS score increased at 1 day postoperatively,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.368).Levels of inflammatory cytokines in tears increased at 1 day postoperatively,with statistically significant differences in IL-6,TNF-α,and leptin,but not in IL-1β(P=0.52).The levels returned to the preoperative level at 1 month.Conclusion Tear film stability is impaired and the levels of inflammatory cytokines in tears are increased after strabismus correction surgery,but both return to the preoperative level at 1 month.更多还原
