【摘要】 随着科技的进步，尤其是人工智能技术的迅猛发展，外语教育正面临前所未有的挑战。本文从知行合一的辩证视角出发，深入分析当前外语教育所处的新境况，提出既要在理论上把握外语教育发展方向，又要在实践中探索改革的途径。一方面，以知促行，重视外语课程思政教育，做好国家外语能力与需求的调研，准确把握外语教育改革的成效。另一方面，以行促知，在实践中探索经验，提升认知。外语教育改革不应纸上谈兵。我国幅员辽阔，各地差异较大，宜因地制宜推进改革：一是主动对接中国式现代化的需求，将外语教育融入国家现代化建设进程；二是以新文科建设为契机，推进新时代外语复合型拔尖人才的培养；三是积极探索人工智能对人才培养的效能，进一步提高外语人才的人文素养和外语基本功。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the progress of science and technology, especially the rapid development of artificial intelligence, foreign language education is facing unprecedented challenges. This study takes the dialectical relationship between knowledge and practice as a starting point, to analyze the new situation of foreign language education, and proposes that we should not only determine the direction of foreign language education theoretically but also explore the related suitable methods and paths of reform in practice.On the one hand, we should promote action through knowledge, value ideological and political education,conduct research on the national foreign language capabilities and needs, and accurately assess the ef fectiveness of China’s foreign language education and reform. On the other hand, we should promote knowledge through action, explore experience in practice, and advance our understanding accordingly.Foreign language education reform is not just a theoretical discussion. China has a vast territory with significant regional differences. Reforms should be implemented according to local conditions. Firstly, we should align with the needs of Chinese modernization by integrating foreign language education into the tide of national modernization construction; secondly,the construction of New Liberal Arts should be taken as an opportunity to promote the cultivation of the students with all relevant qualities and highest abilities in the New Era; third, the application of artificial intelligence in education should be strengthened, and the students’ humanistic qualities and foundational foreign language skills should be continuously improved.更多还原
