【摘要】 基础护理学是护理专业核心课程之一，通过实训教学，有助于促进高职护生知识、技能和素质的综合提升，为更好适应临床护理工作奠定基础，同时也能满足社会对高技术技能型护理人才的需求。在教育数字化高速发展的当下，基础护理学实训课虽积极接纳和尝试新的教学模式，但仍存在一些不足。本文借以全国高职院校技能大赛教学能力比赛为契机，基于高职护理教育的特点和职教提质培优的需求，结合参赛作品获奖经验，借助“大赛评委-临床护理专家-教师”三方协同力量，对标大赛要求，深度剖析基础护理学实训教学中的不足，融合临床需求，积极进行改革探索，赋能教师成长，以期最大化实现“以赛促改、以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促训，赛教相长”的局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Basic nursing is one of the core courses of nursing major. Through practical training teaching, it can help promote the comprehensive improvement of knowledge, skills and quality of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,lay the foundation for better adaptation to clinical nursing work, and also meet the social demand for high-tech and skilled nursing talents. At present, with the rapid development of education digitization, although the basic nursing practical training course actively accepts and tries the new teaching mode, there are still some shortcomings. This study leverages the National Vocational College Skills Competition in Teaching Competence as a catalyst. Grounded in the characteristics of vocational nursing education and aligned with national initiatives to enhance the quality and excellence of vocational training, it integrates award-winning pedagogical experiences and harnesses tripartite collaboration among competition judges, clinical nursing experts, and educators. By benchmarking competition requirements, the research conducts an in-depth analysis of deficiencies in practical training for fundamental nursing, incorporates clinical demands, and actively explores pedagogical reforms to empower teacher development. The ultimate goal is to maximize the realization of competition-driven reform,competition-enhanced teaching, competition-facilitated learning, competition-boosted training, and synergistic growth between competition and education.更多还原
