【摘要】 目的 探讨益气健脾汤联合XELOX（卡培他滨+奥沙利铂）方案对结直肠癌患者免疫功能及肠道菌群的调节作用，分析其临床应用价值。方法 选取2022年5月至2024年4月徐州市中医院肿瘤科收治的76例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象，按照抽签法分为对照组和研究组，每组38例。对照组采用XELOX化疗方案进行治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上采用益气健脾汤进行联合治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后免疫功能、肠道菌群改善情况及中医证候疗效。结果 研究组治疗后的CD3~+、CD4~+及CD4~+/CD8~+测定值均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组治疗后的大肠杆菌和肠球菌数量检测值均低于对照组，乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量检测值均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组中医证候总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 益气健脾汤联合XELOX方案应用于结直肠癌患者，能够改善患者机体免疫功能，调节患者菌群肠道，缓解患者临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the regulatory effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with XELOX(Capecitabine+Oxaliplatin) regimen on the immune function and intestinal flora of patients with colorectal cancer, and to analyze its clinical application value. Methods A total of 76 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the Department of Oncology of Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the lottery method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the XELOX chemotherapy regimen, while the study group was combined with the Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The improvement of immune function, intestinal flora and the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The measured values of CD3~+,CD4~+and CD4~+/CD8~+in the study group after treatment were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The detected values of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, while the detected values of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with the XELOX regimen in patients with colorectal cancer can improve the immune function of the patients’ bodies, regulate the intestinal flora of the patients, and relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients.更多还原
