【摘要】 目的 探讨隔药灸配合耳穴压豆治疗血液透析患者便秘的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年6月潍坊市益都中心医院的78例血液透析合并便秘患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为中医组与西医组，每组各39例。西医组给予乳果糖口服溶液治疗，中医组在西医组的基础上给予隔药灸联合耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、临床症状积分及生活质量[便秘患者生活质量量表（PAC-QOL）]评分。结果 中医组治疗总有效率高于西医组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。中医组的排便次数多于西医组，如厕时间短于西医组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。中医组的症状积分、PAC-QOL评分均低于西医组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 隔药灸联合耳穴贴压可以有效改善血液透析患者的便秘症状，并提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of herbal separated moxibustion cooperate auricular point compression in the treatment of constipation in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 78 patients of hemodialysis patients with constipation in Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with Lactulose Oral Solution,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with herbal separated moxibustion cooperate auricular point compression on the basis of the Western medicine group.The clinical effect,clinical symptom score and quality of life(constipation patient quality of life scale [PAC-QOL]) score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the Western group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of defecation in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the Western medicine group,and the duration of toilet use was shorter than that in the Western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom score and PAC-QOL score of traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the Western group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Herbal separated moxibustion cooperate auricular point compression can effectively improve the constipation symptoms of hemodialysis patients and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
