【摘要】 目的 探讨当归芍药散加减在卵巢囊肿患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年12月广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心收治的72例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各36例。对照组予以桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗，观察组加用当归芍药散加减治疗，两组均连续治疗3个月经周期。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、卵巢囊肿体积、性激素水平[促卵泡生成素（FSH）、雌二醇（E₂）和黄体生成素（LH）]、血液流变学指标及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组各项中医症状评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组卵巢囊肿体积小于对照组，E₂水平低于对照组，LH、FSH水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组纤维蛋白原、红细胞沉降率、血浆黏度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组未见明显不良反应。结论 在卵巢囊肿患者中应用当归芍药散加减治疗具有良好的效果，利于改善临床症状及血液流变学指标，缩小卵巢囊肿体积，调节性激素水平，且安全可靠，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of modified Danggui Shaoyao San in patients with ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 72 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Women and Children’s Medical Center Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules,while the observation group was treated with modified Danggui Shaoyao San.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,ovarian cyst volume,sex hormone levels（follicle stimulating hormone [FSH],estradiol [E₂],leuteinizing hormone [LH]）,hemorheological indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The ovarian cyst volume in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,E₂ level was lower than that in the control group,LH and FSH level were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The application of modified Danggui Shaoyao San in the treatment of ovarian cyst patients has a good effect,which is conducive to improving clinical symptoms,reducing the volume of ovarian cysts,regulating hormone levels,and is safe and reliable.It is worth promoting.更多还原
