【摘要】 目的 分析金丹附延颗粒联合大青盐对妇科恶性肿瘤盆腔淋巴结清扫术后淋巴囊肿的疗效。方法 选择2022年10月至2023年12月江西省妇幼保健院收治的60例妇科恶性肿瘤盆腔淋巴结清扫术后淋巴囊肿患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组各30例。对照组采用大青盐进行外敷，试验组采用金丹附延颗粒联合大青盐治疗。比较两组的盆腔淋巴结大小情况、下腹部及下肢疼痛改善情况及肿胀症状改善情况、下肢周径差、生活质量、治疗满意度。结果 试验组盆腔淋巴肿瘤大小情况、下腹部及下肢疼痛改善情况及肿胀改善情况的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，试验组A段、B段下肢周径差低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组治疗满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对妇科恶性肿瘤盆腔淋巴结清扫术后淋巴囊肿的情况，通过金丹附延颗粒联合大青盐治疗可缩小淋巴囊肿的大小，改善疼痛症状，并促进其水肿的吸收，利于其病情的康复，提高满意度及生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Jindan Fuyan Granule combined with Daqing Salt on lymphatic cysts after pelvic lymph node dissection for gynecological malignant tumors.Methods Sixty patients with gynecological malignant tumors and postoperative lymphatic cysts treated at Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received external application of Daqing salt,while the experimental group received treatment with Jindan Fuyan Granule and Daqing Salt.The size of pelvic lymph nodes,improvement of lower abdominal and lower limb pain,and improvement of swelling symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of size of pelvic lymph node tumors,improvement of lower abdominal and lower limb pain symptoms,improvement of swelling symptoms in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lower extremity circumference difference between group A and group B in experimental group were lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the life quality scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of lymphatic cysts after pelvic lymph node dissection for gynecological malignant tumors,the combination of Jindan Fuyan Granule and Daqing Salt can reduce the size of lymphatic cysts,improve pain symptoms,and promote the absorption of edema,which is beneficial for the recovery of the condition.更多还原
