【摘要】 目的观察基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的中医护理技术培训方案在中医院新入职护士培训中的应用效果，确定方案的实用性和有效性。方法 选取2023年10月至2024年3月枣庄市中医医院参加培训的58名新入职护士作为研究对象，按照入职时间分为试验组和对照组，2023年10月参加培训的新入职护士为对照组(n=29),2024年3月参加培训的新入职护士为试验组(n=29)。对照组实施传统的中医护理技术培训方案，试验组实施基于OBE理念的中医院新入职护士中医护理技术培训方案。比较两组新入职护士培训前后理论考核成绩，临床沟通能力、人文关怀能力得分，以及培训后技能考核得分。结果 培训前，两组新入职护士中医护理理论成绩、临床护理沟通能力和人文关怀能力得分，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；培训后，两组新入职护士中医护理理论成绩，临床护理沟通能力和人文关怀能力得分均高于本组培训前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；培训后，试验组的中医护理理论、技能成绩，临床护理沟通能力和人文关怀能力得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于OBE理念的中医院新入职护士中医护理技术培训方案，可有效激发新入职护士的学习兴趣，提高其中医护理技术基础理论知识、中医护理技术实践应用能力、中医护理技术临床综合服务能力、中医护理技术风险管理能力，满足社会、医院对中医护理人才的需求，具有临床应用价值，能够为中医护理人才培养提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology training program based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE) in the training of new nurses in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, and determine the practicability and effectiveness of the program. Methods A total of 58 new nurses who participated in the training in Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to March2024 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the entry time. The new nurses who participated in the training in October 2023 were selected as the control group(n=29). The new nurses who participated in the training in March 2024 were the experimental group(n=29). The control group implemented the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology training program, and the experimental group implemented the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology training program for new nurses based on the concept of OBE. The two groups of new nurses were compared before and after training in theoretical assessment, clinical communication ability, humanistic care ability scores,and post-training skills assessment scores. Results Before the training, there were no significant differences in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory,clinical nursing communication ability and humanistic care ability between the two groups(P>0.05). After the training,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory, clinical nursing communication ability and humanistic care ability of the new nurses in the two groups were higher than before the training, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After training, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory, skills, clinical nursing communication ability and humanistic care ability of experimental group were higher than those of control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05). Conclusion The training program of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology for new nurses in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine based on OBE concept can effectively stimulate the learning interest of new nurses, improve their basic theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, practical application ability of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, clinical comprehensive service ability of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, and risk management ability of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. It can meet the demand of society and hospital for traditional Chinese medicine nursing talents, has clinical application value, and can provide reference for the training of traditional Chinese medicine nursing talents.更多还原
