运动干预对小学生脊柱形态异常的效果研究

【摘要】 通过对比分析脊柱形态异常的小学生在运动干预前、后的脊柱筛查结果,探索改善脊柱形态异常的有效运动干预途径。方法:以北京市某学校四年级30名脊柱形态异常的小学生(男、女各15名)为研究对象,采用直立位检查、站位/坐位前屈试验、躯干旋转角测试和脊柱形态测量仪筛查等方法,进行为期3个月的脊柱健康综合运动干预(每周3~4次,每次60 min)。通过双因素重复测量方差分析(ANOVA)、单样本卡方检验及独立样本Kruskal-Wallis检验进行数据分析,评估受试者干预前、后的差异性。结果:运动干预3个月后,受试者的高低肩率和脊柱侧弯风险率显著降低(P<0.05);男生腰椎前凸角、胸椎以及脊柱总活动度显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:3个月的运动干预对小学生脊柱形态异常有较好的改善效果,降低了脊柱形态不良及活动度异常的发生率,同时提升了脊柱的功能性,提示早期运动干预对改善小学生脊柱形态异常的必要性。

【Abstract】 By analyzing the spinal screening results in primary school students with abnormal spinal morphology before and after the exercise intervention, an effective way of exercise intervention has been explored to improve their spinal morphological abnormalities.Methods: Thirty students with abnormal spine morphology(15 males and 15 females) have been screened as research objects from fourth-grade students at an elementary-school in Beijing. The exercise intervention of the spinal health combo has been carried out through the three means of an upright posture evaluation, the forward bending test performed in standing and seated postures + the angle of trunk rotation and Spinal Mouse screening for 12 weeks, consisting of 3~4 sessions per week, each lasting 60 minutes. The data-analysis has been actualized to evaluate the difference before and after the exercise intervention by an analysis of variance of the two-factor repeated measures(ANOVA), a chi-square test of one-sample and a Kruskal-Wallis test of the independent sample. Results: After the exercise intervention has been actualized for 12 weeks, the rate of high and low shoulder and the scoliosis risk rate of participants can be significantly reduced(P<0.05). Additionally, the lumbar lordotic angle, the total motion ranges of the thoracic vertebra and spinal column of male participants can be significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: The exercise intervention of 12 weeks has a good effect on the abnormal spinal morphology in primary school students, which reduces the incidence of a poor spinal morphology and the abnormal activity, and further improves the function of the spine. It indicates the necessity of early exercise intervention to ameliorate the spinal morphological abnormalities in primary school students.
