外泌体非编码RNA在糖尿病及其并发症中的研究进展
Research progress of exosomal non-coding RNA in diabetes and its complications
【摘要】 DM的高发病率及慢性并发症为家庭和社会造成沉重负担,其具体机制尚未明确。外泌体非编码RNA(ncRNA)参与DM发病的多种机制,其在T1DM自身免疫过程及T2DM的IR和胰岛β细胞功能障碍的发展中起重要作用。外泌体ncRNA有改善DM及其并发症的潜在作用,特别是间充干细胞来源外泌体。本文综述外泌体ncRNA在DM及其并发症中研究进展。
【Abstract】 The high incidence of diabetes mellitus(DM) and its chronic complications imposed a heavy burden on families and society,yet the specific mechanism remain unclear. Exosomal non-coding RNA(ncRNA) is involved in various mechanisms of DM pathogenesis,playing a crucial role in the autoimmune process of type 1 diabetes mellitus and the development of insulin resistance and β-cell dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Exosomal ncRNA shold potential for improving DM and its complications,particularly those derived from mesenchymal stem cell. This article reviews the research on exosomal ncRNA in DM and its complications.
