【摘要】 随着2025年哈尔滨亚冬会的成功举办，黑龙江省作为中国冰雪资源较丰富的省份，迎来了冰雪经济发展的黄金窗口期。黑龙江省以新发展理念为引领，立足创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大维度推动本省的冰雪经济实现高质量发展。本文以高质量发展为目标，结合“双循环”发展格局和数字赋能趋势，分析了黑龙江省冰雪经济发展的现状与困境，并探讨了数字赋能、亚冬遗产运营及冰雪产业链跨界融合的具体策略。研究表明，黑龙江省冰雪经济的高质量发展需依托破除季节限制、技术创新和产业融合，最终实现从资源依赖型向创新驱动型转变。本文研究成果不仅为黑龙江省冰雪经济的发展提供理论支持，还为其他地区冰雪经济的转型升级提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the holding of the 9th Asian Winter Games Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,as the province with the most abundant ice and snow resources in China,has ushered in a golden period for the development of ice and snow economy.Guided by the new development concept,Heilongjiang Province promotes the high-quality development of its ice and snow economy based on the five dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing.Focusing on high-quality development,this paper analyzes the current situation and dilemma of the development of the ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province in combination with the development pattern of dual circulation and the trend of digital empowerment,clarifying the specific strategies of digital empowerment,the legacy of the 9th Asian Winter Games Harbin,and cross-border integration of the ice and snow industry chain.It is revealed that the high-quality development of ice and snow economy in the province should break seasonal restrictions,technological innovation,and industrial integration,thus transforming from resource-dependent to innovation-driven.This paper provides theoretical support for the development of ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province,while providing references for the transformation and upgrading of ice and snow economy in other regions.更多还原
