【Abstract】 Based on data from the General Administration of Customs,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the scale growth of China’s cross-border export e-commerce industry.It summarizes the current development status and trends of China’s cross-border e-commerce sector and explores its profound impact on the development of industrial clusters,while forecasting future development trajectories.The study highlights that China’s cross-border e-commerce has entered a stage of refined development,with high-quality development as its core strategy.Building on this,the paper further investigates the “cross-border e-commerce + industrial cluster” development model,elucidating mechanisms that promote high-quality development of industrial clusters through digital transformation,collaborative innovation,precise marketing,and intelligent logistics.Using the Caibao industry in Ketang Town,Shanwei,Guangdong Province as a case study,the paper identifies four core mechanisms underpinning the mutual high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce and industrial clusters:accelerating digitalization,demand-driven innovation and R&D leadership,facilitating international market expansion,and improving logistics systems.更多还原
