供应链视角下客户“数绿”技术融合的绿色溢出效应
Green spillover effects of customer digital-green technology integration from a supply chain perspective
【摘要】 推动数字技术与绿色技术由“比翼齐飞”向“融合共生”转变,激发“数绿”技术融合的“叠加”优势是以绿色发展理念实施数字中国战略与以数字技术应用推动美丽中国建设的重要任务,其也为构筑绿色供应链提供有利条件。然而,“数绿”技术融合能否发挥预期作用受制于数字技术发展,而“数字鸿沟”“数据安全”等技术性难题,可能制约“数绿”技术融合在供应链上的绿色溢出效应。该研究立足供应链的需求导向特征,通过构建包含客户“数绿”技术融合与供应商绿色创新的供应链博弈决策模型,解析客户“数绿”技术融合在供应链层面形成绿色溢出效应的内在理论逻辑;进一步依托2010—2022年中国上市企业数据,匹配供应链上下游联结关系,运用多维固定效应模型与基于工具变量的最小二乘回归模型对客户“数绿”技术融合的绿色溢出效应及其传导机制进行实证检验。结果显示:(1)客户“数绿”技术融合显著促进供应商绿色创新,其在供应链纵向结构关系中具有绿色溢出效应。(2)当供应商为资本密集型企业、国有企业或大中型企业时,更有利于客户“数绿”技术融合绿色溢出效应的释放。(3)客户“数绿”技术融合通过绿色需求倒逼机制(供应商响应客户绿色需求)与绿色知识溢出机制(供应商吸收客户绿色知识)促进供应商绿色创新。基于此,政府应通过制定多元财税激励政策激发企业“数绿”技术融合的绿色溢出效应,更需立足客户“数绿”技术融合驱动供应商绿色创新的异质性以实现分类施策与精准施策;企业则应深化“数绿”技术融合在供应链上各环节的应用,还需通过客户“数绿”技术融合对供应商绿色创新的促进机制以推动供应链上下游构建绿色发展联动机制。
【Abstract】 Promoting the transformation of digital technology and green technology from isolated development to integrated development and stimulating the synergistic advantage of digital-green technology integration is an essential task for implementing the Digital China strategy with the concept of green development and for constructing a Beautiful China through digital technology applications. This transformation also creates favorable conditions for green supply chain construction. However, the effectiveness of digital-green technology integration hinges on advancements in digital technology, while technical challenges such as the digital divide and data security may constrain its green spillover effects within supply chains. Grounded in the demand-oriented characteristics of the supply chain, this study develops a supply chain game-theoretic decision model that incorporates customer digital-green technology integration and supplier green innovation. It analyzes the internal theoretical logic of the green spillover effects formed by customer digital-green technology integration at the supply chain level. Furthermore, this study relied on the data of Chinese listed companies from 2010 to 2022, matched the upstream and downstream relationships in the supply chain, and empirically tested the green spillover effects of customer digital-green technology integration and their transmission mechanisms by utilizing multidimensional fixed effects models and least squares regression models based on instrumental variables. The results showed that:(1) Customer digital-green technology integration significantly promoted supplier green innovation, demonstrating green spillover effects in the vertical structural relationships of supply chains.(2) When suppliers were capital-intensive, state-owned, or large and medium-sized enterprises, it was more conducive to the release of green spillover effects from customer digital-green technology integration.(3) Customer digital-green technology integration drove supplier green innovation through green demand pull mechanisms(whereby suppliers responded to customers’ green demands) and green knowledge spillover mechanisms(whereby suppliers absorbed customers’ green knowledge). Based on these findings, governments should stimulate the green spillover effects of enterprises’ digital-green technology integration through formulating diversified financial and tax incentive policies and should also implement classified and targeted policies based on the heterogeneity of supplier green innovation driven by customer digital-green technology integration. Enterprises should deepen the application of digital-green technology integration in various segments of supply chains and should also promote the construction of green development coordination mechanisms between upstream and downstream players in supply chains by leveraging the promotional mechanisms of customer digitalgreen technology integration for supplier green innovation.
