【摘要】 数字经济时代，数据作为新型生产要素正深刻重塑传统生产方式和经济形态。为构建数据要素驱动新质生产力的理论解释框架，首先从生产力演进的宏观历史视角刻画了生产力发展阶段演化框架，系统揭示传统生产力演进规律与结构性困境，阐明新质生产力发展的历史必然性与生成逻辑；在此基础上，提出数据要素具有“元要素”属性，并构建嵌入数据要素的新型生产函数模型，通过分析数据要素工具性与生产性的二重属性，阐释引发系统性重构的内在逻辑。进而，构建数据要素价值流动的“双螺旋”模型，揭示显性与隐性价值链协同驱动的价值跃迁机制，并探讨以数据智能为核心的价值创造逻辑，以期为数字经济时代数据要素与新质生产力发展提供学理支撑和实践启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of the digital economy, data, as a new factor of production, is profoundly reshaping traditional production methods and economic forms. To construct a theoretical explanatory framework for new quality productive forces driven by the data factor, this study first delineates an evolutionary framework for the stages of productivity development from a macro-historical perspective. It systematically reveals the evolutionary laws and structural dilemmas of traditional productive forces, clarifying the historical inevitability and generative logic of the development of new quality productive forces. On this basis, the study proposes that the data factor possesses the attribute of a “meta-factor” and constructs a new production function model embedding the data factor. By analyzing the dual attributes of the data factor—instrumentality and productivity—it elucidates the internal logic that triggers systemic restructuring. Furthermore, a “double helix” model for the value flow of the data factor is constructed, revealing the value-leap mechanism driven by the synergy of explicit and implicit value chains. It also explores the value creation logic centered on data intelligence.
