【摘要】 目的：探讨改良式U型架联合减压沸腾清洗机在宫腔镜微型钳、微型剪清洗、消毒中的应用效果。方法：将2023年3月～5月本院消毒供应中心清洗消毒和灭菌处理的宫腔镜微型钳、微型剪，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用全自动喷淋清洗消毒器、观察组采用改良式U型架联合减压沸腾清洗机清洗消毒。通过目测法、5倍带光源放大镜法评价器械清洗质量，采用残留蛋白定量检测法比较两组蛋白残留量及清洗合格率。结果：观察组宫腔镜微型钳、微型剪的清洗合格率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：改良式U型架联合减压沸腾清洗机可提高宫腔镜微型钳、微型剪的清洗效果，蛋白残留定量检测可作为评价其清洗质量的客观评价标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application effect of the improved U-shaped frame combined with the vacuum boiling washer in the cleaning and sterilization of hysteroscopic micro forceps and micro scissors. Methods: The hysteroscopic micro forceps and micro scissors that were cleaned and sterilized in the disinfection supply center of our hospital from March to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was cleaned and sterilized using a fully automatic spray cleaning sterilizer, while the experimental group was cleaned and sterilized using the improved U-shaped frame combined with the vacuum boiling washer. The cleaning quality of the instruments was detected by visual inspection method and fivefold light magnifier. The residual protein was detected by residual protein quantitative detection method. The cleaning qualification rate of the two groups was compared. Results: The cleaning qualification rate of hysteroscopic micro forceps and micro scissors in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The improved U-shaped frame combined with the vacuum boiling washer can improve the cleaning effect of hysteroscopic micro forceps and micro scissors. The residual protein quantitative detection can be used as a reliable standard to evaluate the cleaning quality of hysteroscopic micro forceps and micro scissors.更多还原
