【摘要】 目的：探讨医院在进行医用耗材管理期间二级库全程跟踪管理方式(基于医院信息系统)的应用效果。方法：选取2021年12月～2023年12月40个临床科室作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组各20个。参照选择常规医用耗材一级库管理模式展开对应干预，研究组选择二级库全程跟踪管理方式(基于医院信息系统)展开对应干预，对比管理结果。结果：研究组管理总满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)；研究组库存使用时间、申领时间、清点整理时间低于参照组(P<0.05)；研究组过期耗材出现次数以及漏账次数少于参照组(P<0.05)；研究组耗损费用相低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：医院在进行医用耗材管理期间，二级库全程跟踪管理方式(基于医院信息系统)的有效应用，可明显提升医用耗材质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of the full-process tracking management mode of the secondary warehouse(based on the hospital information system) during the management of medical consumables in hospitals. Methods: From December 2021 to December 2023, 40 clinical departments were selected as the research objects and divided into a reference group and a study group, with 20 in each group, by the random number table method. Referring to the selection of the conventional medical consumables first-level warehouse management model for corresponding intervention, the research group chose the second-level warehouse full-process tracking management method(based on the hospital information system) for corresponding intervention, and compared the management results. Results: The total satisfaction rate of management in the research group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). The inventory usage time, application time and inventory sorting time of the research group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05). The occurrence frequency of expired consumables and the number of missed accounts in the study group were less than those in the reference group(P<0.05). The wear and tear cost of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: During the period when hospitals are managing medical consumables, the effective application of the full-process tracking management approach of the secondary warehouse(based on the hospital information system) can significantly improve the quality of medical consumables.更多还原
