【摘要】 目的：分析腹部超声检查对胃肠道穿孔诊断效果。方法：选取2019年1月～2024年1月30例胃肠道穿孔患者为研究对象，均实施腹部超声诊断与计算机体层成像（CT）诊断，对比两组阳性诊断率、诊断效能。结果：腹部超声诊断率高于CT，指标对比差异有统计学意义，P<0.05；腹部超声诊断效能数值CT高，指标对比差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：胃肠道穿孔诊断中，腹部超声检查检出率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of abdominal ultrasound on the diagnosis of gastrointestinal perforation. Methods: 30 patients with gastrointestinal perforation from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, and abdominal ultrasound diagnosis and CT diagnosis were performed, and the positive diagnostic rate and diagnostic efficacy of the two groups were compared.
