【摘要】 目的 编制脑卒中高危人群发病风险感知量表，并验证其信效度。方法 以心理测量范式为理论基础，结合文献检索、质性访谈及专家函询构建脑卒中高危人群发病风险感知量表，通过对281例社区脑卒中高危人群调查进行信效度检验。结果 量表包括3个维度27个条目，探索性因子分析累计方差贡献率为66.292%，总量表的内容效度指数为0.969;Cronbach’s α系数为0.924，折半信度为0.722,2周重测信度为0.790。结论 脑卒中高危人群发病风险感知量表具有良好的信效度，可用来评估社区脑卒中高危人群的发病风险感知能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a scale of the perception of the risk of stroke in high-risk people of stroke,and to verify its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the psychometric paradigm as the theoretical basis, the perception of the risk of stroke scale was constructed by literature review, qualitative interviews and expert correspondence.The reliability and validity were tested on 281 cases of high-risk stroke patients.Results The scale consisted of 27 items in 3 dimensions, and the cumulative variance contribution rate of exploratory factor analysis was 66.292%. The content validity index, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, folded half reliability and 2-week re-test reliability of the scale were 0.969,0.924,0.722,and 0.790,respectively.Conclusion The perception of the risk of stroke scale is of good reliability,and it can be used to assess the perceived risk of community stroke in high-risk people.更多还原
