【Abstract】 Industrial pipelines play a crucial role in industries such as oil and chemical, responsible for transporting various potentially hazardous substances. To ensure pipeline safety, special equipment non-destructive testing personnel need to promptly and accurately grasp the information of the substances. In response to the demand for quick on-site queries, based on the latest technical specifications, combined with the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals(2022 Revised Edition) and Material Safety Data Sheets(MSDS), this paper has compiled 79 attributes of 2 973 chemicals to build an intelligent industrial pipeline substance database. This database is applied in regular inspection systems and provides standardized, accurate, and comprehensive technical support for industrial pipeline safety management, greatly improving efficiency and accuracy of inspection work.更多还原
