【摘要】 过敏性结膜炎（AC）作为临床常见的眼科疾病之一，春季高发，目前尚无根治办法。从五脏论，眼部疾患与肝功能失调有关；从四时论，春季是AC高发之季。故AC发病与肝功能关系紧密，符合中医“肝应春”理论。本文基于“肝开窍于目”和“肝应春”理论，从“经络”“脏腑功能”2个方面论证肝与AC之间相关性，从“肝气之势”“肝气之位”2个角度探讨中医肝功能在春季不同节气的变化，及其与AC发病之间的病因病机关系。针对AC春季高发的特点，提出从春季调肝的角度，通过对肝气动态趋势和动态位置的精准把握，对AC进行预防和治疗。本文将“脏腑学说”与时间医学理论融入临床防治之中，以期为临床防治提供新的角度和一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Allergic conjunctivitis, as one of the common clinical ophthalmic diseases, is highly prevalent in spring and currently has no definitive cure. From the perspective of the five Zang organs, eye diseases are related to liver dysfunction; From the perspective of the four seasons, spring is the peak season for allergic conjunctivitis. Therefore, the onset of allergic conjunctivitis is closely related to liver function and aligns with the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) theory of "liver corresponding to spring". Based on the theories of "liver opening into the eyes" and "liver corresponding to spring", this paper demonstrates the correlation between liver and allergic conjunctivitis from two aspects: "meridians" and "Zangfu functions". It explores the changes in liver function during different solar terms in spring from the perspectives of "the momentum of liver Qi " and "the position of liver Qi ", as well as the pathogenic mechanisms related to the onset of allergic conjunctivitis. Given the high incidence of allergic conjunctivitis in spring, this paper proposes prevention and treatment strategies by regulating liver in spring,through precise control of the dynamic trends and positions of liver Qi. By integrating the theories of Zangfu organs and chronomedicine into prevention and treatment, this paper aims to provide new perspectives and theoretical foundations for clinical management.更多还原
