【摘要】 为进一步推进加速康复外科诊疗理念、诊疗模式和骨科、麻醉科加速康复围手术期关键技术在市县医院的应用,本共识第一部分围绕医院加速康复外科管理、科室管理和构建多学科协作诊疗模式及提升医务人员加速康复外科能力的高效管理达成共识推荐;第二部分围绕骨科手术患者围手术期慢性病管理、麻醉管理、血液管理、疼痛管理、营养管理、心理健康管理、精准微创操作技术、康复治疗、感染防治、深静脉血栓预防共十大难题达成共识推荐。市县医院骨科、麻醉科加速康复的推进需构建以骨科、麻醉科为主的多学科合作,并进一步提升上述十大方面的关键技术与优化,提升医疗技术能力,减少并发症,更好地推进骨科、麻醉科加速康复的发展。更多还原
【Abstract】 To further advance the application of the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) concept, diagnostic and treatment model,and the key perioperative technologies of ERAS in orthopaedics and anesthesiology in municipal and county hospitals, this consensus is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on hospital management of ERAS, departmental management, and the efficient management for establishing multidisciplinary collaborative models and enhancing healthcare providers’ ERAS competencies, thereby providing consensus recommendations. The second part offers consensus recommendations for addressing ten key challenges in the perioperative management of orthopaedic surgical patients, including chronic disease management, anesthesia management, blood management, pain management, nutritional management, mental health management, precise minimally invasive techniques,rehabilitation treatment, infection prevention, and deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis. The advancement of ERAS in orthopaedics and anesthesiology in municipal and county hospitals requires the establishment of a multidisciplinary collaboration led by orthopaedics and anesthesiology. It is essential to further optimize and enhance the key technologies in the ten areas mentioned above, improve clinical capabilities, reduce complications, and better promote the development of ERAS in orthopaedics and anesthesiology.更多还原
