2022-2024年广州市环境污水脊髓灰质炎病毒和非脊髓灰质炎肠道病毒监测

【摘要】 目的 分析广州市环境污水脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)病毒(Poliovirus,PV)和非脊灰肠道病毒(Non-polio enterovirus,NPEV)分离株特征。方法 2022-2024年每月采集广州市某污水处理厂污水样本,进行PV和NPEV分离和血清型鉴定,分析分离阳性率和血清型构成。结果 2022-2024年共采集148份环境污水样本,PV、NPEV分离阳性率分别为68.24%(101份)、54.05%(80份);共分离到213株PV、290株NPEV。在PV分离株中,PVⅠ、PVⅡ、PVⅢ血清型分别为70株(32.86%)、0株(0.00%)、143株(67.14%);其中1株PVⅠ为疫苗衍生脊灰病毒,其他均为疫苗相似株。在NPEV分离株中,埃可病毒E11、E3血清型和柯萨奇病毒CVB4血清型最多,分别为161株(55.52%)、28株(9.66%)和25株(8.62%)。结论 2022-2024年广州市环境污水PVⅢ为PV优势血清型,未检出野生型PV;E11、E3和CVB4为NPEV优势血清型。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze characteristics of poliovirus( PV) and non-polio enterovirus( NPEV)isolates in environmental sewage of Guangzhou. Methods We collected sewage samples from a sewage disposal plant in Guangzhou each month from 2022 to 2024 for PV and NPEV isolation and serotype identification. We analyzed positivity rates of isolation and proportions of serotypes. Results A total of 148 sewage samples were collected from 2022 to 2024; positivity rates of PV and NPEV isolation were 68.24%( 101 samples) and 54.05%( 80 samples),respectively,with 213 PV and 290 NPEV isolates. In the PV isolates,70( 32.86%),0( 0.00%),and 143( 67.14%) strains were identified as PVⅠ,PVⅡ,and PVⅢ serotypes; One PVⅠ strain was a vaccine-derived poliovirus and the others were vaccinelike strains. In the NPEV isolates,161( 55. 52%),28( 9. 66%),and 25( 8. 62%) strains were identified as echovirus E11,echovirus E3,and Coxsackievirus CVB4-the three most common serotypes.Conclusions PV Ⅲ was the dominant PV serotype and E11,E3,and CVB4 were the most common NPEV serotypes found in environmental sewage in Guangzhou. No wild polioviruses were detected.
