【摘要】 目的 了解湖南省20岁以下健康人群腮腺炎病毒(Mumps virus,MuV)抗体水平。方法 2021-2023年采用多阶段分层抽样方法选取湖南省20岁以下健康人群，检测血清MuV IgG抗体，分析抗体阳性率和几何平均浓度(Geometric mean concentration,GMC)。结果 调查对象MuV IgG抗体总阳性率为78.55%(1 355/1 725),GMC为314.31 IU/m L; 0～7月龄、8～23月龄、2～4岁、5～14岁、15～19岁人群抗体阳性率分别为33.06%、70.59%、89.84%、85.37%、75.80%,GMC分别为63.41 IU/m L、210.61 IU/m L、512.09 IU/m L、391.33 IU/m L、295.11 IU/m L;含腮腺炎成分疫苗(Mumps containing vaccine,MuCV)免疫史0剂次、1剂次、2剂次、不详者抗体阳性率分别为40.73%、84.02%、94.27%、73.08%,GMC分别为88.94 IU/m L、351.64 IU/m L、644.97 IU/m L、258.00 IU/m L。在有MuCV免疫史者中，免疫后<1年、1～4年、5～9年、≥10年抗体阳性率分别为85.06%、89.88%、79.74%、79.22%(χ~2=17.41,P<0.001),GMC分别为367.80 IU/m L、487.68 IU/m L、305.80 IU/m L、271.73 IU/m L(F=11.33,P<0.001)。结论 调查地区20岁以下健康人群MuV抗体水平总体较高且主要受MuCV免疫史的影响。需继续保持适龄儿童高水平MuCV接种率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine antibody levels against mumps virus(Mu V)in a healthy population under 20 years of age in Hunan province. Methods We used a multistage stratified sampling method to recruit healthy individuals under 20 years of age in Hunan. We tested sera for MuV IgG antibody to determine positivity and geometric mean concentrations(GMC).
