2023年江西省上栗县婴幼儿肠道病毒A组71型和柯萨奇病毒A组6型/16型/10型血清流行率调查
Enterovirus A71 and Coxsackievirus A6/A16/A10 seroprevalence among infants and young children in Shangli county of Jiangxi province,2023
【摘要】 目的 了解江西省上栗县婴幼儿肠道病毒A组71型(Enterovirus A71,EV-A71)、柯萨奇病毒A组6型(Coxsackievirus A6,CV-A6)、柯萨奇病毒A组16型(Coxsackievirus A16,CV-A16)和柯萨奇病毒A组10型(Coxsackievirus A10,CV-A10)血清流行率。方法 在上栗县招募10~16月龄和22~33月龄健康儿童并采集血清标本,采用固定病毒法检测EV-A71、CV-A16、CV-A6和CV-A10中和抗体,分析抗体阳性率和几何平均滴度(Geometric average titer,GMT)。结果 在230例调查儿童中,EV-A71、CV-A6、CV-A16和CV-A10中和抗体阳性率分别为65.22%、61.30%、13.48%、3.04%,GMT(1∶)分别为32.15、220.90、6.54、4.25。0剂次、1剂次、2剂次EV-A71疫苗接种史者EV-A71中和抗体阳性率分别为3.85%、80.00%、99.24%(χ~2=198.80,P<0.001),GMT(1∶)分别为4.18、16.86、118.32(F=194.87,P<0.001);其中2剂次EV-A71疫苗接种后≤90 d、91~365 d、366~720 d阳性率分别为100%、97.06%、100%(Fisher确切概率法,P=0.258),GMT(1∶)分别为229.99、94.17、91.16(F=5.15,P=0.007)。结论 调查地区儿童2剂次EV-A71疫苗接种显著提高了EV-A71抗体水平,但存在较高水平的既往CV-A6自然感染。
【Abstract】 Objective To assess seroprevalences of enterovirus A71(EV-A71)and Coxsackievirus A6,A16,and A10(CV-A6,CV-A16,and CV-A10)in infants and young children of Shangli county in Jiangxi province.Methods We recruited children 10-16 and 22-23 months of age in Shangli and obtained serum samples from the children. We tested for neutralizing antibodies against EV-A71,CV-A6,CVA16,and CV-A10 using the fixed virus method to determine positivity rates and geometric mean titers(GMT).Results Among 230 children,neutralizing antibody positivity rates against EV-A71,CV-A6,CV-A16,and CV-A10 were 65. 22%,61. 30%,13. 48%,and 3. 04%,respectively,with GMTs(1∶)of 32. 15,220. 90,6. 54,and 4. 25. Conclusions Two doses of EV-A71 vaccine significantly increased EV-A71 antibody levels among children in the surveyed area. There was a high level of natural infection with CV-A6.
