【摘要】 目的 构建护士健康教育能力直接观察评价量表,并检验其信效度,为临床护士健康教育能力提供评价工具。方法 采用文献回顾法基于《促进以患者为中心的学习》构建量表初稿,经2轮专家函询法及层次分析法确定量表最终指标及权重,在北京某三甲医院开展调查检验量表信效度。结果 最终量表共构建4个维度、28个条目。德尔菲专家咨询结果显示,共邀请到11位专家,2轮专家积极程度为100.00%,权威系数为0.97,肯德尔系数分别为0.268、0.239。层次分析法确定量表条目权重为0.018～0.068。信效度检验阶段,共调查北京某三甲医院89名在职护士,计算得出量表内容效度为0.987,内部一致性信度为0.872,评分者信度为0.637,重测信度为0.920,探索性因子分析共提取了4个公因子,累积解释总变异的66.26%。结论 最终构建的护士健康教育能力直接观察量表具有较高的科学性和信效度,在护士群体中应用适应性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a health education ability evaluation scale by direct observation for nurses and to provide a health education capability assessment tool for clinical nurses.Methods The first draft of scale was initially drafted using literature review method based on the principle of " Promoting Patient-Centered Learning",and the final indicators of the scale were determined after two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Results The final scale was comprised of four dimensions and 28 items.The results of Delphi expert consultation showed that a total of 11 experts were invited to participate in the consultation,and the degree of positivity of the experts in both rounds was 100%,with an authority coefficient of 0.97,Kendall’s w 0.268 and 0.239.Utilizing AHP,the item weights of the scale were established,ranging from 0.018 to 0.068.In the psychometric evaluation phase,89 nurses were surveyed and content validity of the scale was 0.987.The internal consistency reliability was 0.872,inter-rater reliability 0.637,and test-retest reliability 0.920.The exploratory factor analysis extracted a total of four metric factors that cumulatively explained66.26% of the total scale.Conclusion The health education ability evaluation scale by direct observation for nurses possesses a high degree of scientific validity and reliability,indicating its strong adaptability for use among nursing professionals.更多还原
