【摘要】 目的 评价江苏省小学生空气污染健康防护知识干预效果,为探索有效的空气污染健康防护干预措施提供科学依据。方法 2023年12月—2024年3月,采用多阶段整群随机抽样法选取2508名小学生(干预组1895人,对照组613人)作为研究对象,对照组采用常规空气污染知识宣教,干预组采用空气污染健康防护知识干预,采用χ~2检验分析干预前后2组小学生的空气污染健康防护知识知晓率。结果 干预组干预前后健康防护知识总体知晓率差值、空气污染健康理念总体知晓率差值、空气污染健康知识总体知晓率差值和空气污染健康基本行为与技能总体知晓率差值分别为2.96%、27.13%、46.92%和11.29%,均高于对照组的0.49%、4.56%、-0.65%和2.61%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用健康教育讲座+学校健康教育课播放视频+健康教育展板的综合方式干预可提高小学生空气污染健康防护知识知晓率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of air pollution protection knowledge for primary school students in Jiangsu Province,and to provide scientific evidence for exploring effective intervention measures.Methods From December 2023 to March 2024,a total of 2508 elementary school students(1895 in intervention group and 613 in control group) were selected using a multi-stage cluster random sampling method.The control group received routine air pollution knowledge education,while the intervention group underwent an intervention focused on air pollution health protection knowledge.χ~2 test was used to analyze the awareness rates of air pollution health protection knowledge between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The differences between pre-and post-intervention in the overall awareness rates of health protection knowledge,air pollution health concepts,air pollution health knowledge,and air pollution health fundamental behaviors and skills in the intervention group were 2.96%,27.13%,46.92%,and 11.29%,respectively.These differences were significantly higher than those in the control group,which were 0.49%,4.56%,-0.65%,and2.61%,respectively.The differences above were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention comprised of health education lectures,school-based health education classes with video presentations and health education display boards could improve elementary school students’ awareness rates of health air pollution protection knowledge.更多还原
