【摘要】 目的 探讨天津市居民心血管疾病高危患病风险及其影响因素,为天津市公共卫生管理部门制定精准的心血管疾病防控策略提供科学依据。方法 基于2016—2023年天津市心血管高危人群早期筛查与综合干预项目的数据,选取其中35～75岁的部分天津市常住居民作为研究对象,采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响其心血管疾病高危患病风险的主要因素。结果 共纳入29 111名居民,多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,以35～岁年龄组为参照,40～岁、50～岁、60～岁和70～75岁年龄组的居民心血管疾病高危患病风险更高,OR值分别为1.282 (95%CI:1.189～1.383)、1.835 (95%CI:1.700～1.980)、2.262 (95%CI:2.093～2.446)和2.814(95%CI:2.584～3.065);以不吸烟为参照,吸烟的居民心血管疾病高危患病风险更高,OR值为1.354 (95%CI:1.236～1.484);以不饮酒为参照,饮酒的居民心血管疾病高危患病风险更高,OR值为1.202 (95%CI:1.125～1.284)。结论 年龄较大、吸烟、饮酒是影响天津市居民心血管疾病患病风险较高的主要因素,故未来相关部门应通过推广低盐饮食、控烟限酒、增加体育活动设施等措施降低居民心血管疾病的高危患病风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore cardiovascular disease risk and its influencing factors among residents in Tianjin,and to provide scientific evidence for the public health management departments to formulate precise cardiovascular disease prevention and control strategies.Methods Data were collected from the Early Screening and Comprehensive Intervention Project for High-Risk Cardiovascular Populations in Tianjin(2016-2023),and the information of residents aged 35-75 years were analyzed.Multivariate logistic regression was used to identify key influencing factors.Results A total of 29,111 residents were included in the study.Compared to group aged 35-year age group,residents aged 40-,50-,60-,and 70-75 years had higher cardiovascular disease risks,with OR values of 1.282(95% CI:1.189-1.383),1.835(95% CI:1.700-1.980),2.262(95% CI:2.093-2.446),and 2.814(95% CI:2.584-3.065),respectively.Compared to non-smokers,smokers had higher cardiovascular disease risk,with an OR value of 1.354(95% CI:1.236-1.484).Compared to non-drinkers,drinkers had higher cardiovascular disease risk,with an OR value of 1.202(95%CI:1.125-1.284).Conclusion Older age,smoking and alcohol consumption are the main factors associated with higher cardiovascular disease risk among Tianjin residents.Therefore,relevant departments should focus on promoting low-salt diets,smoking cessation,alcohol control,and increasing sports facilities to reduce cardiovascular disease risk among residents in the future.更多还原
