海上风电三筒导管架基础过渡段结构数值分析
Numerical Analysis of Transition Section Structure of Three-Bucket Jacket Foundation for Offshore Wind Turbine
【摘要】 针对海上风电三筒导管架基础,提出板梁斜撑式、斜箱梁式和平箱梁式等3种过渡段型式。采用三维有限元软件Abaqus对整机结构的自振特性及过渡段结构极限承载能力展开研究。结果表明:采用板梁斜撑式过渡段,整机结构刚度较小,其自振频率低于风机允许的自振频率;采用平箱梁式过渡段,结构竖向、水平及抗弯承载能力比斜箱梁式过渡段分别提升54.8%、40.9%和48.6%。研究成果可为大容量机组三筒导管架基础过渡段的选择提供参考。
【Abstract】 For the three-bucket jacket foundation of offshore wind turbine, three different types of transition section structures are proposed. They are brace, inclined box, and flat box, respectively. The three-dimensional finite element software Abaqus is used to study the natural vibration characteristics of the whole machine structure and the ultimate bearing capacity of the transition section. The results show that: the structural stiffness of the whole machine is small when using brace transition section structure, the natural frequency of which is lower than the allowable natural frequency of the wind turbine; compared with the inclined box transition section structure, the vertical, horizontal and bending bearing capacity of the structure using flat box transition section structure increase by 54.8%, 40.9% and 48.6%, respectively. The research results can provide guidance for the selection of transition sections of three-bucket jacket foundation for the offshore wind turbine with large capacity.
