【摘要】 老年人生活质量是老年人群对身体、精神、家庭美满程度和老年生活的全面评价，在快速老龄化及未富先老、未备先老的老龄化形势下，开展老年人生活质量研究具有重要意义。本研究通过系统梳理老年人生活质量评价工具和概括中国老年人生活质量现状发现，当前广泛应用的生活质量评价量表多制定于上世纪，难以反映当代老年人生活质量的全面内容和动态变化；我国老年人生活质量较其他发展中国家处于较高水平，但居住在农村、中西部地区、高龄、女性和社会经济地位较低老年人的生活质量仍然较差。建议开发或修订符合当代老年人需求的生活质量评价工具并进行具有全国代表性的老年人生活质量调查以全面评估老年人的生活质量现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality of life(QOL) among older adults is a comprehensive evaluation of their physical, mental, and familial well-being, as well as their overall experience of later life. Research on QOL in older adults is crucial in the context of rapid aging, coupled with the challenges of aging before becoming wealthy and prepared. This study systematically reviewed QOL evaluation tools and summarized the current status of QOL among older adults in China.Many widely used QOL scales were developed in the previous century and may not fully reflect the comprehensive aspects and dynamic changes in the QOL of older adults today. While the QOL of older adults in China is relatively high compared to other developing countries, disparities exist. Older adults residing in rural areas, the central and western regions, those of advanced age, women, and those with lower socioeconomic status experience poorer QOL. We recommend developing or revising QOL evaluation tools that meet the needs of contemporary older adults and conducting nationally representative surveys to comprehensively evaluate the current status of QOL among this population.更多还原
