芒果花粉培养基的优化及33份种质资源萌发特性的观测

【摘要】 芒果在热带和亚热带地区广泛种植,因其香甜的口味而受到广大消费者的喜爱。芒果的授粉质量不仅可以影响芒果产量和品质,也会对育种成功率产生影响。通过研究不同芒果种质资源花粉萌发特性,借以为提高芒果杂交授粉效率提供依据。以33份芒果种质资源花粉在不同成分培养基中的萌发率差异为依据,优化芒果花粉培养基,进而使用优化后的培养基培养33份芒果种质资源的花粉,比较33份芒果种质资源的花粉萌发率、花粉活力、花粉管长度以及坐果情况,旨在为合理配置授粉组合和改善授粉环境提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Mangoes are widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions and are loved by consumers for their sweet taste. The quality of mango pollination can not only affect the yield and quality of mangoes, but also have an impact on the success rate of breeding. By studying the pollen germination characteristics of different mango germplasm resources, it is intended to provide a basis for improving the efficiency of mango cross-pollination. Based on the differences in the germination rates of the pollen of 33 mango germplasm resources in culture medium with different components, the mango pollen culture medium was optimized.Then, the pollen of 33 mango germplasm resources were cultured using the optimized medium, and the pollen germination rates, pollen viability, pollen tube lengths and fruit-setting situations of the 33 mango germplasm resources were compared, aiming to provide a scientific basis for reasonably configuring pollination combinations and improving the pollination environment.
