【摘要】 为梳理近20年国内外油梨研究变化脉络，明确其研究现状、热点及发展趋势。筛选了2004—2023年Web of Science(WOS)数据库和中国知网（CNKI）数据库中与油梨研究密切相关的文献，运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer这两款文献可视化分析软件，对文献的发文量、国家、作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析。结果表明，近20年来国内外油梨研究领域的发文量呈现出稳步上升的趋势，主要的研究力量集中在美洲地区，研究热点主要聚焦于油梨的采后保鲜、病虫害防治、果实品质评价及其功能挖掘等方面。当前的研究前沿正逐步聚焦于油梨的生物活性物质探索与抗氧化等保健功效方向。这一研究成果将为后续油梨研究的开展提供有力的参考和依据，推动该研究领域不断向前发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To elucidate the evolution of domestic and international avocado research over the past two decades and to clarify its current status, hotspots, and development trends, this paper selected literature closely related to avocado research in the Web of Science(WOS) database and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2004 to 2023. Using the literature visualization analysis software Cite Space and VOSviewer, a visual analysis was conducted on the publication volume, countries, authors, institutions, and keywords of the literature. The results indicate that the publication volume in the field of domestic and international avocado research has shown a steady upward trend over the past two decades, with the main research forces concentrated in the Americas. The research hotspots are primarily focused on postharvest preservation of avocados, pest and disease control, fruit quality evaluation, and the exploration of their functional aspects. The current research frontiers are gradually focusing on the exploration of bioactive substances in avocados and research into their antioxidant and other health benefits. This research outcome will provide a strong reference and basis for the continuation of avocado research, promoting continuous advancement in this field.更多还原
