温室春茬番茄抗黄化曲叶病毒病品系比较

【摘要】 随着种植面积的增加,番茄病害日益严重,尤其番茄黄化曲叶病毒病对番茄植株生长危害较大,严重时出现毁灭性灾害,导致绝收。因此,研究番茄材料及组合抗黄化曲叶病毒病在育种中尤为重要。本试验对5个番茄品系(‘ZHY’‘醋栗’‘DH’‘CH’‘小紫’)的相关农艺性状表现和抗病性进行研究。结果发现,5个番茄品系中,‘ZHY’的叶绿素含量最高,‘小紫’和‘醋栗’的相对电导率较高。抗黄化曲叶病毒病结果表明,‘DH’的发病级别极显著高于‘CH’‘ZHY’与‘醋栗’的,‘醋栗’发病级别为0。综合比较发现,‘醋栗’抗病性较高,但不适合生产上推广,‘ZHY’抗病性较强,能够为番茄抗黄化曲叶病毒病育种提供材料。

【Abstract】 With the increase of planting area, tomato diseases are becoming increasingly serious. Especially tomato yellowing and leaf curl virus disease poses a significant threat to the growth of tomato plants, and in severe cases, it can lead to catastrophic disasters, resulting in crop failure. Therefore, studying the resistance of tomato materials and combinations to TYLCV is particularly important in breeding. This experiment studied the agronomic traits and disease resistance of five tomato lines(‘ZHY’‘Culi’‘DH’‘CH’‘Xiaozi’). The result showed that the chlorophyll content of ‘ZHY’was the highest. The relative conductivity of ‘Xiaozi’and ‘Culi’was higher. A study on the resistance of 5 tomato strains to yellow leaf curl virus disease showed that the incidence level of ‘DH’was significantly higher than that of ‘CH’‘ZHY’, and ‘Culi’, and the incidence level of ‘Culi’was 0. The comprehensive comparison showed that ‘ZHY’had high disease resistance, which provided materials for the breeding of tomato resistance to yellowing leaf curl virus disease.
