影响乔化和矮密苹果园叶片性状的土壤微量元素因子研究

【摘要】 陇东地区是黄土高原苹果优势生长区,本试验分析了该地区苹果园叶片性状与土壤微量元素之间的相关性,并探索了影响乔化和矮密苹果园叶片性状的主要土壤微量元素。结果表明,除叶片P、土壤Cl元素含量外(乔化果园>矮密果园),其他叶片营养元素含量(N、Ca、Mg)、叶片基本性状(百叶鲜质量、百叶干质量、叶片含水量、叶面积、叶绿素含量)、土壤微量元素含量(Cu、Zn、B、Mo、S和Mn)在乔化和矮密果园之间均没有显著差异。土壤Zn、Cl含量均是乔化和矮密果园叶片性状的主要土壤微量元素影响因素,而影响最小的是土壤S含量。这一研究对于指导黄土高原地区苹果园的科学管理和提高果业生产效益具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Longdong area is the dominant growing area of apple in Loess plateau. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between leaf traits and soil trace elements in apple orchards within a specific region, and to explore the primary soil trace element factors influencing leaf traits in upright-growing and dwarf-dense apple orchards. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the contents of nutrient elements(N, Ca, Mg), leaf basic traits(fresh mass, dry mass, water content, leaf area, chlorophyll content) and soil trace elements(Cu, Zn, B, Mo, S and Mn) in the leaves except for the leaf content of P and Cl in the soil(arborization orchard > dwarf orchard). The contents of Zn and Cl in soil were mainly affected by the soil trace elements of arborizationand dwarf orchard, and the least influential factor was soil S content. This research holded significant importance for guiding scientific management of apple orchards in the Loess plateau region and improving the production efficiency of the fruit industry.
