【摘要】 专业实践培养不仅是资产评估专业硕士教育的核心环节，还是培养学生创新能力、应对行业复杂需求的关键保障。本文指出当前资产评估专业硕士生的实践培养面临的4个痛点问题：培养方案与行业需求不一致、课程设置与实践关联度不高、实务教师缺乏、实践基地不足。基于此，本文提出了构建实践教学体系、优化课程内容和教师结构、深化产教融合的思路和策略，并以西南财经大学资产评估硕士生教育教学改革为现实案例，总结其在资产评估专业硕士实践培养中的教学改革经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional practical training is a core component of the master’s education in asset evaluation. It serves not only as an important avenue for applying theoretical knowledge to practice but also as a critical guarantee for cultivating students’ innovative abilities and meeting the complex demands of the industry. However, the current practical training for master’s students in asset evaluation faces numerous challenges, such as misalignment between training programs and industry needs, a low relevance of course content to practice, insufficient faculty strength, and a lack of practical training bases.
