小反刍兽疫病毒谱系的全球分布

【摘要】 小反刍兽疫(peste des petits ruminants,PPR)是由小反刍兽疫病毒(peste des petits ruminants virus,PPRV)引起的一种急性、烈性、接触性传染病,对全球畜牧业经济和动物健康构成重大威胁。明确各国家和地区的PPRV谱系分布,对了解该病的流行病学动态、完善跨境疫病监测体系具有重要意义。本文通过多维度数据整合,系统梳理了全球范围内PPRV谱系分布情况。研究结果显示:PPRV谱系Ⅰ主要分布于西非,谱系Ⅱ在东非和中东部分国家呈地方性流行,谱系Ⅲ局限于东非、中非和阿拉伯半岛,谱系Ⅳ传播范围最为广泛,覆盖非洲和亚洲的大部分地区并已蔓延至欧洲。研究结果为科学制定PPR防控策略提供了关键依据,为全球范围内的疫病防控工作提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Global livestock industry economy and animal health have been seriously threatened by peste des petits ruminants(PPR) that is an acute,highly contagious and contact-transmitted infectious disease caused by peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV).How to understand the epidemiological dynamics of the virus and to improve crossborder disease surveillance systems could be assisted by clarifying the distribution of PPRV lineages in all countries and regions.In this atricle,global distribution of PPRV lineages were systematically outlined through integrating multidimensional data.Researches revealed that lineage Ⅰ was mainly distributed in West Africa;lineage Ⅱ was endemic in parts of East Africa and the Middle East,lineage Ⅲ was confined to East Africa,Central Africa and the Arabian Peninsula,and lineage Ⅳ spread within the widest range,covering most of Africa and Asia,even to Europe.The research results provided a critical basis for scientific development of PPR control strategies and a reference for PPR global control efforts.
