防疫和养殖人员对家禽疫病流行状况的认知差异分析

【摘要】 为了解不同人员对当地家禽疫病流行状况的认知差异,采用问卷调查与实验室检测相结合的方法,对比分析了防疫人员与养殖人员的认知特征。结果显示:两类群体对家禽疫病流行状况及危害程度的认知存在显著差异(病毒病:χ~2=25.34>12.59,P=0.002 6<0.05;细菌病:χ~2=82.41>11.07,P=0.003 6<0.05)。经实验室验证,家禽主要疫病的病原阳性率排序与养殖人员的认知判断较为一致。结果表明,具有中等规模养殖经验、从事规模养殖时间较长,并具备一定专业知识背景的养殖人员,对经济类疫病的认知更贴近疫病实际流行状况。分析结果为今后开展家禽经济类疫病流行情况问卷调查中的目标群体筛选提供了依据。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate cognitive disparity among different participants regarding local epidemiological status of poultry diseases,the cognitive characteristics of animal health workers and farmers were compared and analyzed by a combination of questionnaires and laboratory testing.The results showed that there was obvious cognitive disparity between the two groups regarding the prevalence and severity of poultry diseases(viral diseases:χ~2=25.34>12.59,P=0.002 6<0.05;bacterial diseases:χ~2=82.41>11.07, P=0.003 6<0.05).As validated by laboratories,the ranking of pathogen positive rates for major poultry diseases aligned more closely with the cognition of farmers.In conclusion,farmers who experienced from medium-scale production,engaged in intensive production for a long term,and were equipped with a certain level of professional knowledge could know poultry diseases of economic significance to the extent,much closer to the actual prevalence.A basis was provided by the results for selecting target groups in future questionnaires on the prevalence of poultry diseases of economic significance.
