时间分辨荧光免疫层析技术在动物疫病快速诊断中的应用进展
Advances in the Application of Time-Resolved Fluorescence Immunochromatographic Assay to Rapid Diagnosis of Animal Diseases
【摘要】 时间分辨荧光免疫层析技术(TRFICA)是一种结合时间分辨荧光技术与免疫层析技术的高灵敏度检测方法,它利用镧系稀土元素标记物替代传统胶体金,通过延迟信号采集消除背景荧光干扰,实现快速、精准的定量检测。该技术具有操作简便、成本低、特异性强、稳定性好及无污染等优势,被广泛应用于动物疫病诊断、食品安全及医学标志物检测等领域。TRFICA通过其高灵敏度和抗干扰能力,显著提升了检测可靠性,为动物疫病早期预警和防控提供了重要技术支持。本文综述了TRFICA技术的工作原理及其在动物疫病快速诊断中的应用进展,以期为兽医临床诊断、疫病防控提供技术参考。
【Abstract】 Time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatographic assay(TRFICA),as a highly sensitive detection technique integrating time-resolved fluorescence with immunochromatographic techniques,could enable rapid and precise quantitative detection by eliminating background fluorescence interference through delayed signal acquisition using lanthanide rare-earth element markers to replace traditional colloidal gold. TRFICA,with the advantages of accessibility,low cost,high specificity,excellent stability and zero pollution, had been widely applied in the fields including diagnosis of animal diseases,food safety,detection of medical biomarkers,etc.,supporting early warning and prevention of animal diseases as a key tool because detection reliability was greatly improved by its superior sensitivity and anti-interference capability. Here,the operation principle of TRFICA and the advances in its application to rapid diagnosis of animal diseases were reviewed,aiming to provide a technical reference for veterinary clinical diagnosis and disease control.
